Galaxy S II Features, Price and Specs

Galaxy S II

Samsung introduced three new mobile phones of its flagship Galaxy II S, in each case to another provider (Sprint, AT & T, T-Mobile). We were in the hand and took the time to test both versions of the AT & T and Sprint S II, which are surprisingly different from each other in several ways. Samsung is clearly trying to build a brand for Universal Galaxy S phone, but I think that each mobile operator has some touches of his own design on the phone. Sprint model, for example, has 4.5 inch screen, while AT & T model is more closely resembles the original 4.3-inch Galaxy S II, we find in exhibitions throughout the year. T-Mobile is the retention of the information in your own version, but for the plastic, we realized that it has more rounded corners and colored textured plastic instead of the back, like any other version. Three versions with Android Gingerbread, which is good considering the "Ice Cream Sandwich" on the fly.

The first thing I noticed about all of these models is that the Samsung seems to finally end his affair with the iPhone. Apple is running a Korean manufacturer is clearly trying to mislead customers into believing their phones were iPhones, and we have to say, Apple was here. With these models, Samsung has gotten rid of the iPhone, such as application icons squares and left his home in the big button, a staple of phone in the world II S.

The new version of TouchWiz, which comes with all three of these phones also makes some notable innovations in the world of Android, which are not used to impress us with the Samsung software. Most impressive are the new types of gestures of movement. Now, to perform certain tasks, such as zoom on a website, you can keep your fingers on the top and tilt the phone up and down, which zooms in and out. Similarly, if you have an icon or widget on the home page and move around your phone, you can go to the pages of the office. On the ground, these innovations have been pretty cool and exciting, but we're still not convinced they have a real resistance. I mean, do you really want to plague the phone to zoom? We will see over time.

Samsung has also refused to recognize the voice of Google (you can go back on the menu) for speech recognition Fling. We could not test this feature properly, because the room was too strong, but the goal of speech recognition, to be more easily and naturally. Samsung TV soon join Fling.

Media Center and Samsung also have a new and small. They are very helpful, but not as good as social centers in the Windows phone devices.

The business people will be glad to know that the Galaxy S II (s) and encryption of user data devices, Exchange ActiveSync, Cisco VPN, MDM Sybase, Cisco WebEx, and the conference phone. Or maybe not. If someone has a system administrator, these features make the Galaxy S II more attractive?

In general, we are always impressed by how thin and lightweight Galaxy S II. It is almost too bright, do not feel strong enough to do what he does. In any case, I think we have to overcome this problem fairly quickly. Samsung 4.5-inch AMOLED screen is always super industry leaders, if we are against the resolution is 800 × 540 × 480 to 960, which is the new standard. In addition, the phone was the custom with Snappy Samsung Exynos 1.2 GHz dual core, which Samsung uses every opportunity to show off. From what we have experienced, can be a leader in the industry, as often said by him.

In general, Galaxy S II is the most powerful combination of a long time (if any), but it will be a great option for those who buy a smartphone in the fall. It's nice to see Samsung catching up with your HTC TouchWiz interface, and applaud their attempt to create a single brand for all carriers. Hopefully, Verizon get on board so we can try to point out that LTE 4G Galaxy S II, we read.
